At last, relief!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I received my ultimate nasal dilator earlier this week. For years I have had trouble sleeping because of a mildly deviated septum and the ravages of age which pretty much collapsed my right nostril at night. I’ve tried many solutions, some of which helped but never really corrected the problem. It took me a couple of nights to feel comfortable with the UND, but I woke up this morning and realized I was breathing completely normally through both nostrils. It seems like a simple device, but it really does the job!

Fantastic. Keeps my nose clear all night.
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’ve tried nose cones, strips, sprays, pills, numerous “no snore” pillows, propping my bed up, and everything else I could think of. The Ultimate Nasal Dilator is the only thing that has ever worked, and it’s so comfortable I don’t realize it’s there. Wonderful.

Finally something that works
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I’ve tried nose cones, sprays, chin straps, snore sprays, mouthpieces – never did I wake up feeling rested. I just got this two days ago and can already tell the difference. It’s comfortable, hardly know you’re wearing it and I wake feeling more rested and alert. It’s a Godsend!!

It helps me to breathe through my nose, and is cheaper than adhesive strips
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I don’t snore, but I do often have trouble breathing through my nose, and this especially bothers me at night. I started using Breathe-Right strips almost nightly and those work fine for me, but I started to chafe at the cost. So I looked at all the other options on Amazon and this one stood out as the one that seemed the simplest way to just hold my nose open a little wider.
Indeed it is just a bent wire with a plastic sleeve over each end. At first I felt uncomfortable with paying $20+ for what seems like little more than a bent paperclip. But it’s good. I did a fair bit of adjusting to get it to fit in & on my nose the way I wanted. As others have said, it is a bit uncomfortable for the first few days, but it really does get to be entirely comfortable. It also really does have a tendency to fall out. In fact, I couldn’t find mine this morning. After some internal back-and-forth I decided to go ahead and buy another one. Presumably I’ll find my first and have it as a back-up. Meanwhile I’ll buy some bandage tape or band-aids at the drugstore as the manufacturer suggests—still much cheaper than Breathe-Right strips.
I’ll withhold one star because I want to suggest a couple of improvements:
1) It should probably use close-ended plastic mitts rather than open-ended plastic sleeves. They go up your nose after all; close the ends and they will be easier to keep clean.
2) Perhaps something to hold it better on the nose, like a pince-nez?
I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to breathe better through their nose.

It Has Stopped My Snoring
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Yes, as the others have said, this works to stop snoring. At least, it has for me. It is a very simple little bent piece of wire with a thin plastic sleeve over each end. The instructions say to bend it as necessary to fit. I did, a little. It goes on easily and looks goofy. It pushes the sides of your nose outward, from the inside, to allow passage of more air. It looks like it would perform about the same function as the external nose strips, but I can’t say if those work or not. At first, it hurts to have the plastic sleeves pressing against your sinuses, but that goes away in a few days. I also wake up with red marks on the outside of my nose where the external wire has been pressing, but that goes away also. This nose clip slips around, a little, while I sleep, and one time it fell off. The instructions say to secure it with a bandage if it slips around. I haven’t done that yet, but it is probably a good idea. By the way, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about 8 years ago. It has been under control for 7 years through 25 lb. weight loss (very important), wearing of a professionally-made mouthpiece (probably important) and sinus surgery 7 years ago (not sure whether or not this helped). My sleep apnea mostly went away 7 years ago, but I have continued snoring until now, which bothered my wife. I highly recommend this goofy little nose clip but, if you think you have sleep apnea, you had better get professional help like I did.

looks great and really works
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I was skeptical about the ultimate nasal dialator, but when I came back to bed with it in place, my wife of 12 years literally jumped me! The improvement in our love life has made this inexpensive investment one of the best buys I’ve ever made on Amazon. I suppose it may have helped with snoring, but mainly it looks great!

Unresponsive Seller and a Huge Ripoff
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
This product may work for some, but plan on taping the top of it to your nose every night because it will constantly fall out during the night. You can adjust it which is nice, but I personally couldn’t adjust it comfortably and so it hurt at times. Try to call the seller to make a return and you just get the silent treatment. What a waste of money and the one thing in life that really gets me angry is getting ripped off. If you want a nose dilator that really works, try the NasiVent. It’s made of medical grade silicon and stays in your nose all night – a great product that really works.
