This chin strap uses an adjustable Velcro strap at the top of the head and a chinstrap that is 2 inches longer than that of the original Super Deluxe Chin Strap, allowing for a universal fit. There are notably fewer problems with the material stretching out. Comparable to Respironics Deluxe Chin Strap 302425.

It works!
I was told that sometimes I snored, and I frequently woke up with a very dry mouth, mainly due to some medications I take. I also use 24-hour oxygen, which means that when my mouth falls open while sleeping, my oxygen intake drops significantly.
I looked at a number of chin straps, and decided on this one because the wider band seemed to offer more comfort while keeping my mouth closed. It works very well, and I can even put it on in the dark so I don’t have to disturb others by turning on a light. (Sometimes I have forgotten to use it before turning out the lights.) It wraps easily, with a wide hook-and-loop closure, making it completely adjustable, and comes with two additional straps to anchor it in place.
It has helped considerably with my dry mouth problem, and no one is complaining that I snore anymore. And, who knows? Maybe it will help get rid of my double chin!
Seriously, I do recommend it highly.
