Stiff Foam
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
The foam of this pillow is stiffer than I expected. The product does seem to work (reducing snoring). I have gotten used to the pillow, but people who like a nice soft pillow might prefer the more expensive “memory foam” products.

Pillow too hard, only used once
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I tried the pillow for one night and it was too hard. After a few hours I had to go back to my old pillow. It I can figure how to make it softer, I would be able to use it all night. If you like hard pillow you might be OK buying this item. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.

I was about ready to set up permanent residence on the couch from my hubby’s snoring, and hated the message that sent to our children! While our couch is very comfy, I liked sleeping with my husband and it saddened me that when I got pregnant 8 months ago I became a light sleeper and could not stand the snoring!!
This pillow has been wonderful! The pillow works great as long as my husband does not curve his neck while using it; he tends to curl up into a ball and the constriction this causes in his neck results in snoring. When he uses this pillow and sleeps more straightened out, the snoring is completely gone and we have happy, silent nights. So, while not completely fool proof, this has proven to be the best remedy we have found for snoring!!

Doesn’t work
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I was told that I snored more loudly than before when I used this pillow, so I would not recommend this pillow. I essentially wasted my money on this pillow.

Waste of money

I have tried this product for two nights. It ends up on the floor after a few minutes. It is a very stiff foam and uncomfortable to sleep on. I can not return the item so I just lost $33. I recommend you save your money.

First of all – why do people write reviews for a product about things the product is not designed to work for? I didn’t see anywhere that this pillow was designed for sleep apnea?? Snoring and sleep apnea are NOT the same thing. Snoring is noises made while sleeping, apnea is stopping breathing altogether which is much more severe and serious and must be treated very differently. No pillow will stop sleep apnea.
Anyway – I am a typical snorer, not constantly but several times a night was waking (my husband waking me up) due to snoring as I got older (42 now) This pillow WORKS for me. If you have the pillow turned correctly with the shoulder cut out TOWARD you and you have your head ON the PILLOW not hanging off – snoring will be reduced. I’ve also noticed in general I am sleeping more deeply and awake feeling more refreshed, assuming because I’m BREATHING better.
Yes this is foam and its on the firm side – I’d say moderately firm but I can’t stand memory foam because it doesn’t give the support I need and its WAY too hot. In generaly I’d say those who snore NEED support from a pillow to keep your MOUTH SHUT while asleep. Pillow is not so firm however that my ear feel asleep lying on my side.
I highly recommend this product for snoring but don’t count on it to solve your sleep apnea, that is not what this product is for, that is what CPAP machines are for.

Not good for sleep apnea
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
My dad has severe sleep apnea. I bought it to help him out even just a little. He slept on it for a night. He said it was really hard and my mom said it didn’t help at all.
I think this pillow is meant for people who snore because of less serious reasons.

Flattens out
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
The first two nights with this pillow I liked it. My ears were sore because the foam is firm, but I slept well. After that, the front ridge that provides the support flattened out and stayed that way. I tried flipping the pillow around, but I didn’t sleep as well. After one week I went back to my old pillow.

Reduced snoring!

This hasn’t completely eliminated my husbands snoring, but it has reduced the volume to the point that I rarely have to wear earplugs. Yippee!

Snore-no more pillow that works!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
My husband & I have been married for 16 years & snoring has been an a relative issue for most of those years. I affectionately call him my “nightly freight train” and we have tried everything short of surgery to remedy the problem, including several different pillows. We figured why not try one more…It has been three nights & I’m amazed! While it does not completely eliminate snoring, for me, it’s the difference between the intermittent purring of a cat to the steady noise of a freight train! My husband has no complaints regarding the comfort of the pillow, although he’s so happy for me that he wouldn’t if he did (he’s so sweet). BRAVO to the makers of the Snore-no-more pillow!

Works for me
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I bought this pillow last month and my girlfriend confirmed that it does work since I have reduced the “night train” snoring that she claimed I used to.
I don’t find it as hard as certain other reviews pointed out, however I was never fond of soft pillows anyways. I don’t like how my face would sink into the soft pillows. Plus, I grew up sleeping on cotton-filled pillows which are harder than the regular pillows.
You need to sleep a bit higher on this pillow such that the upper part of your back and shoulders are resting on the lower end of the pillow and then allow your head to fall back so that the airway constriction is reduced.
This pillow really does not help to sleep sideways. However, I have learnt on my own to raise my head while sleeping sideways.
The only one thing that I would have liked more would be if the pillow was deeper and a lit more wider. Since you need to sleep higher on the pillow (unlike other pillows) a little more depth could have helped so that I would not hit the headboard of my bed accidentally.
