Snoreben
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
It helps somewhat. My mouth isn’t as dry when I wake up. I feel more rested using it than going without. My wife says that although it doesn’t stop my snoring, it is not as loud as before.

Works great!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This product works great. I needed something to keep my nasal passages open while sleeping. I tried several other products trying to find the best one. The Snoreben did the job. I now rest and breathe comfortably at night.

Snoreben
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
I have a hard time sleeping with anything foreign in my ears or nose, so halfway through the night, I’ve ripped it out of my nose. While awake, it does seem to widen my nasal passage, which allows me to breathe a bit easier, but It’s not a solution for snoring.

Coming To a Dollar Store Near You!
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Instead of spending $20 now for this little trinket, wait for it to show up in your local dollar store in the near future. There are better alternatives to sticking this up your nose and having the clamp pinching you all night. Tried it without the clamp, forget it, will not stay in your nose. Even with the clamp it doesn’t stay in all night. The longer it does stay in place the sorer your nose is the next day from the clamp. I have tried everything, and the nasal strips are still the best choice, despite an earlier reviewer whining about the adhesive.

Good product, takes some time to get used to
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I’ve been using this product for about 2 weeks now. You will immediately notice the increased airflow through the nostrils, especially if you suffer from allergies (my reason for purchase). I will stress that the product takes a little while to get used to; it takes a bit of trial-and-error to get the inner clip into the right shape to provide sufficient holding power to stay in all night while not being too much as to be uncomfortable. I had a few nights where the device did not stay in and a few where I pulled it out while 90% asleep because it was too tight.
Two notes:
(1) The company that produces/distributes this product has great customer service. I had a problem with my snoreben (completely my fault) and they fixed it quickly at their expense.
(2) When you get the package, you’ll probably think “wow, I paid $20 for this little thing?” but just try it. It may be small and not look like much, but it works pretty well.

absolutely useless
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
This product did not work for me. It was uncomfortable to wear for the first few nights,,, and after the initial wearing in time, it just did not work . My partner told me I continued to snore, so you can make up your own mind from my experiences, I would not recomend it to anyone who snores.

Not For Me
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
Purchased this from Amazon two months ago. The device depends upon a U-shaped leaf spring to hold it in place. Once in place, the leaf spring imparts pressure on the cartilaginous septum that divides the two nostrils. Even if the device’s leaf spring is adjusted to the absolute minimum pressure needed to stay in place, I can’t get to sleep – much too foreign a feeling for me. A notable aside is that though the packaging states the device is “medium” size, the company doesn’t appear to make any other sizes. Even If I could tolerate the device, a larger size would be much more appropriate. Not that it matters but given what the device must have cost, there is an incredible profit margin for this Australian manufacturer.

I Love It!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I LOVE this product!!!!!!!! I suffer from allergies and since I started using it I feel so much better when I wake up so I know I am getting a better quality of sleep! I tried it because my boyfriend told me I snore when my allergies are bad. Well he says he hasn’t heard me snore since I started using it but the best thing is how I feel when I wake up!

A worthless ripoff
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
One size does NOT fit all! Almost impossible to keep it in place in your nose. Even when it does stay in, it doesn’t help open the breathing passage OR stop the snoring. It’s a small piece of rubber/plastic with a very small metal spring that probably costs less than a dollar to manufacture. I wasted $20 to try it and made a greedy person smile all the way to the bank! It deserves a zero star rating, but the system forced me to choose at least one star.

Works but uncomfortable
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
This item does open my nostrils allowing me to breath easier, but at a price. It’s comfortable and even hurts. My nose is uneven so maybe that’s the problem.

Snoreben improved my life!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I felt ashamed to have passed judgment on Snoreben without giving myself the time to adapt to this extraordinarily simple but effective product. I was somewhat frustrated when I found that the product was not meeting my initial expectation. Having bought 3 pairs of Snoreben, I felt like I have been ripped off. The frustration is a reaction to almost 2 decades of suffering from snoring without finding any means to overcome it.
Somehow, something in me told me that I should get back to using Snoreben and put some faith in this little product.
I have to admit that even though Snoreben was hard to adapt to initially, the first positive feeling that I felt when I used Snoreben was that the airflow in my nasal (passageway) felt a lot better. I could breathe easier even though it looks like something was sticking and blocking my passageway. And the best thing was that I no longer wake up to a dry and uncomfortable mouth!
So after using Snoreben for close to 2 months, I have POSITIVE feedback from my wife as well as a friend (after rooming with him during an outing) that my snoring has reduced a lot. Knowing that my snoring is not frighteningly loud and embarrassing is already a big step forward, and I know that with continued use of Snoreben, I will see improvements to my sleep and my marriage.

Have a very small nose?? If not do not buy
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I bought this item and it is to small for an adult nose unless, you have a very small nose! I put it in and it cut down my air flow. I could breath better without it! It got here fast, but not worth it for me!
If it had a larger size diameter and the tubes were a bit longer it might be an ok device. Seems they only have *medium* and that seems *very small*!

Great night Sleep
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I bought the Snoreben last week and after a few days of getting used to it I couldn’t believe how well I felt when I woke up. I don’t think I’ve ever felt this good in the morning and my wife said she didn’t hear me snore so we both benefited.

For those with smaller nostrills
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
The cones are very small. My nostrills are not even large and these were far too small for me. Try Nozovent. A much more universal product.

I can breathe!!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Thanks for the product I have been searching for, though I look strange in bed, it works
just took a few days to acclimate, hope to lose the nasal strips eventually, and just
use this.

Finally a product that really works!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I use to purchase the breathe right strips, they get real expensive if you have to use them every night and when you take them off in the morning the adhesive from the strips hurts the top of your nose. So I purchased this product, I admit it takes a short time to get use to using it, but now I don’t wake up several times in the middle of the night to get a drink of water. I sleep through the night and feel refreshed in the morning. Great product recommend this to anyone that has trouble breathing through your nose at night!!!!
